    It takes too long for the water to get hot from any faucet??

    Define it takes too long?

    There WILL be a delay because the cold water that's been sitting in the pipe between the water heater and the faucet has to be flushed out before the hot water can come out... the more pipe it has to pass through the longer that takes.

    There are plumbing schemes that bypass and recircuilate water to shorten that time.. but most houses don't have them.
