Enine spins over no start just replaced intake air control still no start also checked fuses

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter--be very thorough.

. Check for codes.

. Verify that the Check Engine Light comes on and goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON.

. Verify that the fuel pump runs, when the ignition switch is turned to ON.

. Check for spark.

. Focus on the Crankshaft Position Sensor and Camshaft Position Sensor, if the problem persists.
