I have a couple and their daughter that moved in and have been here for three months, which was only supposed to be one month, and plan on all of a sudden moving out without paying rent, and refuse to pay past utilities. They have also trashed the hose and room they were staying in. what can I do about all this??

Do you have any proof they were supposed to pay rent? Was there any lease? Did they give a security deposit?
