I have a kenmore Heavy duty 90 series top washer.
Its model # 92291100, Model 110

Serial # CB 3812884

It does not agitate and spin, but drains water as it progresses in the cycle.

What could be the problem? How to fix it?

Newer Kenmore and Whirlpool washers have a direct drive coupler that can break and cause your symptoms. They are only a couple of $$$. Check with Sears parts. Not too hard to replace. Have to access the pump, remove the cover, some screws and replace coupler. Breaks are most common with doing lots of heavy loads.
