I have 50/50 custody with my soon to be final ex husband he has not held up 2 his visits all month... the only reason he wnts it 50/50 no primary is so he don't have 2 pay support he has not tried to contact me I have contacted him 3 times and there is always an excuse... like he can't take care of a sick kid or someone else is sick or he just cnt... what can I do

Go back to court and ask that the final decree be changed because the father is not taking the child half the time.
