    Body Fat
    Hi All,

    I'm 92kg\ 14.5 Stone..

I have about 20% Body fat, but trying to get to at least 15%..

I'm trying to tone-up without burning hardly any muscle tissue... I know cardio is the best thing, plus the changing the methods of weight training...

Though, with the wrong training.. I can burn too much muscle tissue.

Any ideas or suggests to receive the best results quickly with burning the least muscle tissue?

    Thanks,
    ~MannY :)

Weight training is an aerobic type exercise it burns more glycogen than body fat. When you speed up your metabolism you burn fat. You need to train the whole body, and change your routines every few weeks, walking, jogging, bilking, ellipiticals exercises, stair climbing are all great ways to build muscles and burn fat. Squats, deadlifts, and threadmills are also a great help.
