    480v to ground
    Pole lighting feed 480v1phase 30amp brkr 2pole
Amp draw at brkr 45A each leg
At pole base voltage reads 56volts each leg to ground 180volts between
Another pole ltg branch ckt feeding through reading 277v between although 480v to ground per phase.
I am baffled to what could resolve this

    Could be several things.
    Bad splice somewhere?
    Bad/damaged wiring underground?

This is something only someone qualified should be messing with. Please cal and electrician to troubleshoot this.

Also, judging from the test results of 277 volts phase to phase and 480 volts to ground, something is incorrect with the source.

Voltage readings should be 277 volts to neutral/ground, and 480 volts phase to phase.

I agree with Stan, if your not entirely knowledgeable with 480 Volts 3 phase, you need a qualified electrician.
