Hi, I'm 30 and have a very regular 28 days cycle , Dec it was supposed to come on the 25th but did n't on the 29th I did a home pregnancy test results came with one solid stripe and one very light pink stripe, just been having nausea, lots of visits to the bathroom, tired, even have a terrible back trapped nerve .This morning the 1st Jan I'm bleeding with lots of cramps , please help I've been pregnant before

4 days is not really late, in fact it is normal for many women to vary that much. Also it is rare for a pregnancy test to show any true results just 4 days late.

If you are concerned you to your doctor to find out for sure with a blood test.

But it sounds a lot like your period is just late and you have having worst cramping this time.
