I think you should go to your nearest planned parent hood. They can give you a confidential check up there if you have a problem telling your parents.

It could be many different things. If you have never been intimate with another at all, then you can rule out STDs. It could be an ingrown hair or just a pimple. We can't diagnose over the internet, and I don't know the severity of the situation, but telling your mother is a start.
