Never been in any serious trouble but I got into it wit sum bouncers at a local strip club ova my girlfriend and got charged with assult because I hada stick I didn't hit any one bt they say I did.. I want to,Kbe what are my options if any to avoid jail time and if there are knwn how,much time will I be facing

First off.. get a lawyer... you need one... They likely have witnesses... there is likely even security camera footage of the assult. Clubs usually have them... because they have dealt with drunk and unrulely people before.

If there is... then a plea deal is the best you will get.

But in any case... you NEED a good lawyer... you have to be straight up honest with them... and they will tell you what if anything they can do for you.

Laws vary... tollerance to this sort of behaviour varies as well... being we don't know what city.. state or even country this happened. If you have priors... even what your driving record and credit history is will come into play on this... even if its not discussed in the courtroom.

We don't know your age... and we don't know both sides of the story... and there are always two sides.

Yes get an attorney, if they say you hit one or two or three people, each person will be a separate count ( crime)

And the bouncers ( you sounded like more than one) of course will all testify for each other.
So most likely they will have a case.
Obviously you did not leave when asked, so most likely they will include trespass ( or could)

Yes an attorney and a good one, make no comment to the police, trying to justify it, will only give them what they need to convict.
