You don't, boys 11 have almost no interest in girls, and if they do, they are not ready for dating. You will need to wait 2 most likely 3 years for the boys to start having an interest.

Also 11 years old don't have ( or should not have ) a sex life.

11 is far too young to date.

You can't get someone to like you and at 11 you don't need to be trying to. Just be yourself and enjoy friendships.
