Today at my brothers mobile home all the lights and plugs quit working in his kitchen,, what's weird is I can turn on the stove and the lights work?? No flipped breakers? Help !

Half of the service is out.
This is a SERIOUS problem and should be looked at by a pro. It may be relatively simple, like a half tripped main breaker, but that is highly doubtful.

Since it is a trailer I doubt it is a utility problem. Just too many problems historically with trailers.
