We have a Craftsman Snow blower model 53688150. We bought from our neighbors at garage sale and we started it to make sure it was running and it turned over fine. Now it won't start. We tried manual and the electric start. With the electric start it revs but won't turn over. Put in new spark plug, we drained and put in new gas, and still nothing? It didn't come with a manual, What else can we do?

You should make sure it has compression for starters. Then, you might try a spritz of aerosol carb cleaner in the intake to see if it runs off that. Based on the numbers you gave,you seem to be missing a digit, but a search at Sears' ManageMyLife.com site for the manual yielded two choices at:
