I work for a hospital that accused my husband of shooting people with his fingers in a lobby. It never happened and I was present along with our daughter. There were no cameras that caught what was being accused of. Now he is not allowed on the premisis and was asked to find a new medical provider. Is his rights in violation?

A private hospital, like any private business, can refuse to care for anyone if they choose. A public hospital may not have that right.

Presumably they have testimony from people who claimed they saw this, so as his wife you may have a tough time claiming it never happened. It's a little puzzling how this transpired if you were there with him and they all saw it and you didn't even see anyone else doing it. Shooting at clerks behind the desk because of a long wait, or random people in the lobby? What are they claiming?

If this is a public hospital and you pursue it, they might press charges against him. You would need a lawyer. The lawyer could find out exactly who claimed it was your husband.

The hospital can ban someone from the premises who is or presents as a threat to others, so he can't possibly get care there, even if they can't deny care - he can't get care without being on the premises.

This is no violation at all. The hospital can ban anyone that they want.
