I had my period on December the 22nd an had a positive. Ovulation test on the 27th. Is it possible that I ovulated that soon?

Certainly its possible... women are VERY inconsistent at what time of the month they ovulate from woman to woman... Literally is possible to put 28 women in a room that have periods on the same day.. and you could have 28 different ovulation dates though that would not be statistically accurate..

Some women going through infertility treatment have found out they ovulate during their period.

I had my period on the 22nd an had a positive opk on the 27th an ov pains off an on 3days of opk being negetive then on the 31st got another positive opk with some ov. Pains. Could I have ovulated again?

The egg is microscopic... you don't feel when you ovulate. Best way to know when you actually do... is take and keep a Basal Temprature chart.
