2 year old system in non-insuallted home from 1928. Heat worked last winter and now doesn't - fails to raise temperature above 62-63 despite rasonable outside temperatures (45-50). Fan not working when put in "on" position. Ducks: on ceilings; blowing cold air. What can I do?? Also, system cannot reach beloe 86 in summer temerpatures of 95. Live in North Carolina so high humidity.
