My cat midnite is a little more than a year and ran away 4 2 weeks she came back and now is very lazy she won't play she keeps eating and she is growing a little bit of a bulge on her stomach. So is she pregnant?? :/

You will have to wait and see. No way of telling really unless you take her to the vet.

Well if your cat was never spayed, than the likiliness of her being bred is about a 95% chance.

Because every city/humane society has cats sticking out of their ears, I would suggest an emergency abort/spay.
