I have small red spots all over the right side of my stomach. They are non itchy and some have white pimple-like heads on them. They are slowly spreading to the other side of my stomach. I have already had chicken pox. I visited my doctor and he was just as baffled. He did however prescribe an antibiotic and some topical creams to rotate between night and day. I am extremely worried and frustrated as I have not made any changes to my diet or the soap and lotion I use. What else could this rash be? What else should I research for cause and treatment?
