Is there any way to have child support orders moved to a Louisiana Court?
My ex went to the state we were divorced in and filed child support orders. We have both been living in Louisiana for almost 10 years now. Is there any way to have child support orders moved to a Louisiana Court?

Let me see if I understand:

    You were divorced where? Lousiana?

Or your ex spouse went somewhere else and got a judge to sign an order requiring you to pay child support to the ex spouse?

And both you and your ex spouse have been living in Louisiana for ten years?

I am confused. Where else is involved?

If both of you live in LA, you may file a motion with the LA court for it to be moved there. Normally you will file because of some change you want done.
If you don't want anything changed, there is no real reason to get it moved.
