Welll I asked them and they said its okay but I'm new and I don't know my neighbors that's the problem!! I never talked to them I don't even know wich one have kid or a pet or anything

Then ask your parents if it's okay for you to post flyers in your neighborhood stating that you're available to babysit or walk dogs.
