Not enough info as to whose side of family.

To be a cousin, it is their parents brother or sisters child. Which could be your niece or nephew if on your side of the family or could be no relationship at all.

    Your nieces cousin?

What's the relationship to you? We need more info.

She's your niece, which would mean that she's the daughter of either your brother or your sister. Your nieces cousin could be your other sister or brothers daughter or son, or the son or daughter or your brother or sisters spouses brother or sister. It really depends on who's who.

I really have to ask. What does it matter? Why are you asking?
