Ok since I had this house which is 7 years. Brand new when I purchased. When I set my ritetemp thermostat at say 75 degrees it won't turn the heat on. When I put it on 78 degrees I can hear the click and then the furnace will come on. This used to happen before I changed the thermostat. The original one was the mercury kind and it did the same thing.
