I have been living in a double wide manufactured home for three years but with and unexpected third child need to trade it in on a bigger model is this possible when the title was canceled and rolled into the home loan containing land and out buildings spent all day with the courts and they say they need something to show clear title but not sure what I can use since I am not the first owner anybody have an suggestions
