The left side of my vagina is very swollen and puffy. I have no been sexually intimate in over a month now, so what can be the cause of this? The area is also painful and seems to be getting harder

This is something you'll need to see your doctor about. There's absolutely no way to give a diagnosis online, and there are many things that could be causing this.
