I had the same problem. My doctor told me to take my temperature everyday for 30 days. During the time your temperature is slightly more elevated than the rest is your most fertile days. I was also told to elevate my feet and relax completelty after sex. I am not a nurse or doctor however, the advise I was given worked and I have four children now.
