Please what can I do to get my wife pregnant, I have varicocele in my left scrotum and this is affecting the quality of my sperm. We have been trying to have babies since 2007.

I don't want surgery because of the limited success rate.

I'm not reading that the surgery has a low success rate. I am reading that surgery, of course, does not correct/solve other factors which contribute to infertility and, therefore, some patients are unhappy with the results.

Where did you read that it is often unsuccessful?
