This movie aired a long time ago about 80 I think. I remember a little girl with holes in her coat selling either candles, matches or incense on a street corner.This was not an animated cartoon. I think it aired around Christmas time but I can't be sure. I know it was snowing and very cold outside. You could not help but feel sorry for this little girl. I hope someone can remember the name of this movie.
