Hi,
I wake up feeling nausea have trouble eating, nothing taste good or takes away the feeling. Also can dry reach have bad taste in mouth and feel very lethargic. It happening worst in morning and is normally gone by mid to late afternoon.and I'm not pregnant . What could be the problem?

There are many possibilities, none of which can be diagnosed online. If pregnancy is definitely not the cause, see your doctor.

Until then, try ginger ale and saltines when you feel nauseous. Ginger is great for nausea, and ginger ale of course has ginger in it. :) Heck, ginger bread cookies wouldn't be a bad idea either, and it is the season for them. :)
