I am male 43, about 8-9 months ago I hd. Pimple like thing close to my anus, I ignored it because I was really hy to see. Doctor, it got infected and hd to go and drain the infected area from the ( not sure what the infeqted liquid is clled) blod and infection. Then got some anti biotics for a week and its good now. How ever I have. Very uncomfortble preasure in my anal area. And but cheeks, when I sit it feels like my but cheeks are pushed together nad feel uncomfotble when I sit.
I have a kidney stone and don't know if it has any issues with that it's a 4mm that is not passing, I used to hve stones and passed usually before, I don't know if it has to do with this or not.
But this uncomfortbale feelings of preassure that I don't know if its psychological because I tend to think about something too much sometimes and mke it worse.
Ps I have no problems when going to the toilet.

Go and talk to the doctor about this and see what he says.
