Limespider, what is your medical background? Douching has been long disputed by medical professionals. It upsets the delicate pH balance of the vaginal canal and causes more problems than it cures. Unless, of course, it is specifically prescribed by an OB/GYN.

To the OP... your symptoms sound very much like Bacterial Vagniosis. You will need to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis. If it is BV, you will need an antibiotic.
