Master bedroom lights, master bathroom and master closet lights don't always come on, seems after a couple of hours they can be turned on and come on fine

Turn off breaker to master bedroom light. Remove switch, see if it is wired using the "quick connect" holes in the back. These are known to develop bad connections after a period.

If you find the "quick connect" holes have been used, remove wires (or simple cut close to the switch) and put under the screws. Then do the same thing at all outlets that do not work with the breaker turned off. The reason you have to do all the outlets is that the power passes through the outlets and the bad connection can be at any one of them.
