I have been living at my new address for almost 2 years now. My girlfriend at the time moved in a year ago. Since finding her txt to ex-boyfriend and her porn sights, I ended the relationship. She gave me my car keys back and my house keys and went to her sisters. Now all of her stuff is here and when I try to tell her that I'm dropping her suff off, she threatens to call police. She tells me she will get her stuf when she is good and ready. She says that there is nothing I can do about it and if I move or damage any of her property, she will have me arrested. Every move I attempt to make, she threatens me with police and arrest. What can I do to make sure this woman does not enter my home, and how can I get her to take her things. I feel backed into a corner by a woman using the police as a scare tactic to make my life miserable. Can I put her belongings out in the driveway and notify her? Can I load them up in my truck and take them to her?

Experts will say you need to tell them the state where you live because advise varies this way.

But my two cents is that it would be considered abandoned property and you could just load it in your truck and drop it off at her place. She is trying to keep the upper hand and you don't know if she had your residence key copied, do you?

I think the police have better things to do with their time and so I don't think that is an option for her to use.

What does her 'stuff' consist of? Surely she would not have left anything valuable there, so it would be clothing, etc ?

The police won't involve themselves in this, a civil matter over possessions. Unless she makes up some stories about who knows what.
Call your local police station for the number of days property becomes abandoned (30, 60, 90, usually).
Send a certified letter stating that her belongings will be abandoned that number of days after the postmark on the letter. Keep a copy of course. State how to make arrangements to get them.
In the US, dealing with possessions is a little complicated because you can be considered a landlord and she a tenant, and she has certain rights.
Not sure why you are worried about keeping her from entering your home... she gave back her keys... if you think she has copied them, change your locks. If she was a paying (sharing) tenant, however, you can't change the locks without evicting her!

I would get boxes and bags and make a neat pile in a corner of a room, to make removal as fast as possible.
If you feel rich enough and it isn't a lot, you could ship everything in boxes to her sister's address, with tracking to prove it shipped. That could backfire if she refuses delivery.
You could also pay for a storage locker, and pay for the amount of time required for abandonment, and then let it expire. Give her the address and bin number and let her pay or not as she wishes, and take off your padlock at the end of the term paid for.

He could, but considering that she is threating to call the cops all the time, I suspect that might not be such a good idea. If he were to go to her place she might accuse him of stalking, domestic violence, etc. Who knows what she might claim?

She may have been a tenant at one time, but the moment she handed OP the key she was a tenant no longer. He is completely free to change the locks if he wishes.

I agree that he is completely free to change the locks since she handed over the keys. I also think he should send her a notice that she has x days to arrange to pickup her stuff or he will dispose of them. I would check for local storage places. Many in my area will offer the first month free or at a nominal fee (like $1). If there is a place like that in your area, then tell her that if she does remove the belongings by the deadline they will be put into a storage locker in her name.

My only suggestion would be that any contact with "her" be in writing, and that includes a notice that her "stuff" is going to be gone.
