My transfer request was denied, I was allowed to go to Alabama from Texas on a 45 day pass and purchased a home got my kids in school and ever register at the workforce center for work searches and Now I am back in Texas to do my transfer papers which was 5 days ago they call to tell me I was denied. What do I need to do now ? From here.

Agreed, there has to be a issue of something not done correctly to be denied, most times it is a simple process.

Are all fines paid and/or up to date.
Are all programs or community service completed ?
Is there restrictions as to where you can live

? You did not "buy" a home ? Not without a signed transfer, I hope you mean you rented a place
