Hey! I'm new in this forum and I'm truly desperate to find and answer

I've been trying to accept myself for years but the society doesn't let me, I just want to be happy with how I look like

The other day I found a topic on this forum where people were discussing about the use of mono, unfortunately the people that were using it dissapeard and never replied again.

I want to use mono but I don't know anyone who has used it for a long time that can share their experience.
