Bulb is OK. Would like to know where the relay is located

Both bulbs are OK? Is there corrosion in the sockets? This stuff is more common than a relay problem and usually when a relay is bad, you get no flashing at all.

Anyway... relay is usually located on the accelerator pedal bracket.
