    Slow PC Performance.
A customer calls complaining that their computer is running slow. You have verified that the hardware is working properly, de-fragmentation of the hard drive has been done, and there were no viruses found. What would you do next?

    Dear

In windows xp delete temp file storage from its profile (c:\documents&settings\<profile name>)& delete text file from windows folder when you will trying to delete the text file from windows it will show a pop up message , don't worry about this dislect that file & continue removing.

Delete the run folder from registery here is the path

    \hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\curr entversion\run

    \hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\cur rentversion\run

Than see tha magic your computer will work smoothly
