First my water heater blew so I replaced that. Everything was working fine until I took a shower in the master bath. I only had about 5 minutes of hot water. It's Moen and I had the cartridge replaced by a professional and it seemed OK... but now the problem is back.

After the shower hot water runs out, I can turn on the hot water in the bathroom sink and it will be hot... so I know there is hot water... does anyone know why I would only be getting 5 minutes of it in the shower?

We can try to be detectives but since you had a pro do the install just call him back. Its probably debris from the install but we could use more info. Youreplaced the heater but why did a pro replace your cartridge?
