I have had a dull ache in my ovary and when I push on it it feels like a knot but ita not painful. I have been know to have cysts on r ovary but I was in far worse pain. I took a cheap home test that was negative. Im more moody and irritated and emotional than normal. Did I test too soon possibly

Your ovary could not be aching. You have two ovaries, one on each side of your uterus. Eggs are developed in your ovaries and released into your UTERUS to eventually be fertilized or discarded when you menstruate.

It is most probably your uterus that is aching.
