My partner served 4 of an 8 year sentence and was then released on license for a violent crime he was out for a year and has just been recalled for being in an area he's prohibited from being he's not a risk to the public how long will he have to serve in custody?

I suspect the prosecutor may disagree with your assessment that his being in that area is not a risk to the public. He was probited from being in that area for a reason.

Of course he is a risk to the community, that was why he went to prison, and was ordered not to be in certain areas to be out. He had no regard for the rules and the law and went there anyway. I would suspect he will do the entire rest of his sentence in prison now, since he refused to follow the rules.
