If my main breker is to hot and the lights go out what is the solution I need to change the breker??

Replacing a Main Breaker is NOT a DIY project, you need to call in a qualified electrician. And this needs to be done ASAP, as the condition of the breaker is not getting better, it will eventually fail completely.
