Machine fills with water then makes a little clunk type sound and then nothing. Emptied out several times and still no motor activity just the little clunck/click noise. From previous post I am guessing the coupler? Is broken. I cannot find model number under lid. Only this on decal SM9711035. The panel did read out F-4. Need disassembly advice and where to get part.

Get a new washer, I have had this repaired twice and it is out again

The coupler is between the motor and trans. You will need to remove the motor to replace it.. You will have to go through the back of unit to get to it. Take the back off unit and take a look inside. If it's something you think you can tackle and need help, post back. Not too difficult. If not real handy call a tech.
