    Can engineered hardwood floors be nailed down?
    I am about to start installation in a basement. There is 3/4 inch plywood as a subfloor. Is it recommended to nail down? Or glue is better

    I would consult the manufacturer and see what their recommendations are... some Engineered hardwood floors are neither nailed OR glued down and are supposed to be free floating.
