Hi. I have had this terrible pain on the inside of my left foot. It gets worse the moreI walk on it. I have tried everything( iced it, elevated it) and it keeps getting worse. I don't know what to do about it.

There was a similar question yesterday, it could be your shoes have no support under the arch of your foot, invest in some good insoles or better shoes.

Just a thought before looking into more serious causes

You need better sole support. There are special support you can get specifically made for you. Or you can get some that are cheaper in the drug store. You slip it in. Mind you it might take a while to get better, might even get a little worse until you get used to the proper alignment of your body.
