Sometimes when I wake up, my panties are soaked so much that you can see my pubic hairs through my undies. I know it is not pee or discharge, and I don't think its my vagina cleaning itself because my undies are soaked. Is this because I masturbate too much?

You might have some kind of bladder problem causing urine leakage. Check about this with the doctor, please.
