How can I help my boyfriend he is getting revocted ? Also do you always get revocted? I don't think that this is a good reson for revocation but you guys might think defrent . He went out one night with some friend and he was the d&d so he didn't drink that night. And at the end of the night when he was driving them home one of the kids wanted to get dropped off . With his friend so his friend could take him home will the wirse thing that could ever happen happened . The kid ran up behind the car that his friend was driving and he got run over . Well my ol man got scared and left and came home. The otherw people that where there said they had it and told him to leave because he was frecking out. So they are revocing him for leaving an acsedent and failing to get the help this kid needed and smoking pot . I just don't know we have 3 kids one is 8 the othere one is 16months and the baby is 2 months I just don't know what to do . Could someone please give me advice on how to help him so he can come home please .

He should be locked up and the key thrown away for running over someone in a car and leaving the scene. This is one of the worst things and the judge will most likely agree. He did not stop and try and give medical aid, wait for medical people and/or call the police and just wait for them. He was worried only about his self.

In most places he will get some jail time just for the crime.

But yes of course he gets revolked for this, and yes they may have let missing a meeting go, or one dirty urine test but not a crime like this.

Hey Man U didn't under stand my boyfriend didn't hit the kid . If he did I wouldn't forgive him for that . Y would I try and get him out of jail if he hit the kid . He would have stayed if he did it . He isn't like that .
So please if you have anything you can tell me on how to get him out that would be great.bybthe way he is the only one that told the truth about that kid and the kid that got hit even lied about what happened . So I think he should get credit for telling the truth . To the cop . Sorry if I didn't explan what happened right . But he didn't hit him . Someone else did . And they no how it is and all the guy could say was I'm going to prison anyway now that's f up . He didn't feel bad at all for running over his friend . So again my old man didn't hit this kid it was someone else

He wasn't the one that hit the kid . It was someone else that hit the kid and my ol man would have stayed if he hit the kid . His friends told him to go home and they would stay and help . But the dood that hit this kid left and hid at this girls house where her mom hid them and calle the cops and her mom new that the guy that was in her house hit this kid and didn't give a .so the cops found out like two days later that this dood hit his friend and left . They thout it was a hit and run and they didn't think they would find the guy and my boyfriend told the cops the name of the guy that hit this kid . So I think they should give him that at least .

As far as I know, it's not illegal to leave the scene of an accident if you were not involved in the accident. Failing to get help for an injured person may be a crime in some places, but smoking pot is still a crime in most places. That, the pot smoking, would be the basis of the violation then?

It's lilke pulling teeth to get a coherent story out of you. :(

I no I'm sorry I'm trying to say it with out saying names . It's hard to Tell u what happened with out saying the names . So he is being revocted for smoking pot . In his papers
That he was given by his Po it stayed leaving the acsident and not getting the right help or helping the kid . And smoking pot . And he told them he smoked pot the night before he . Seen his Po . I don't know I think they just want to put people in jail . His Po didn't revock him it was her boss . Do u think it would help if I talk to the superviser . And talk to my boyfriends public defender and see what I can do to help him get out. Do they always get revicated ? Or is there a chance he will be back home after is court date ?

My suggestion is that you not try to go over the PO's head by talking to the supervisor. Many people such as the PO take offense if someone tries that without good reason. But, by all means, talk to the PD to get him/her to try to help your BF.

Perhaps the PO got a confused version of what happened and somehow thinks your BF did wrong by leaving the scene. If so, the PD may be able to straighten that out.

It's the supervisor that's revoking him not his Po . He told my boyfriend Po that he was revoking him . At least that's what his Po told me . So I don't know if I can believe her or not. The bad thing is she is my Po to . So I don't want to piss anyone of because I don't want to be In there to for pissing them of. They can put u on a hold for anything . They don't care around here.
