Is a ten yr lease legal in Florida and if sowhat are the tenents rights if a bankrupsy occurs while in this lease?

Frequently contracts, such as leases, will provide that a bankruptcy is cause for termination of the contract. Is it the tenant who has filed for bankruptcy protection or the landlord? And what chapter of the Bankruptcy Code is this filed under (Chapter 7, 11, 13 or one of the less commonly-used chapters)?
