I mean, my cell phone can not be connected to my computer, I can't download photos etc. Do I need a software to instal in my computer?

You need to enable connecting your phone as a removal and drive.
A swipe down on the phone when connected gives other available options.

Try getting the KIES software from Samsung's site.
