Pain in upper back side of toe(at a point in backside)
I feel unable to walk due to pain at a particular point in just back side of toe upper side when I wake up in the morning. This pain subsides 90% after I walk for around 400 mtrs. There is no inflmmation or I had injury on that point. I am massaging with hot water dip. Please advise us how to get rid of this problem

    Thanks

I would suggest a visit to your doctor to have your pain diagnosed and recommendations from that source. We can't diagnose on the internet.

Talk to a pharmacist. Ask if he or she feels that OTC drugs with quinine in them might help, or just go buy some tonic water with quinine at a grocery store. Wear warm socks to bed and go to bed well hydrated. Make sure you don't sit at your computer all day with one foot bent such that your toes are bent for long periods. People tend to do this with one foot more than the other. Sit straight, both feet flat on the floor in front of you, not as though you are about to leave.
