If rotating cuff is torn and individual is in serious pain and no medical insurance, what if any are options to relieve pain?

If its torn then you find the money to pay for a doctor... even if that means giving things up like your cell phone, cable TV etc... because its not going to fix itself.

I've had that injury... we aren't talking a sprain or the flu.
