When ever we just sit there and not have sex and he just feels my vagina up and fingers me.. if he goes and does it the next day again.. it hurts my and I have no idea?

No it is not normal. And really you should rethink the whole having sex thing. It is happening because what your doing isn't based on love. Its based on physical need and he is mistreating your body. Your body is telling you that something is wrong for a reason.

No, it is not normal, possible damage to you, possible infection.

Also does not sound like a very loving relationship.
